I have decided to have a Hostess Battle Royale. This is where I have five hostesses that invite people to the party and get as much in orders as possible and the hostess with the most in orders gets the hostess rewards. This increases traffic to your website because of competition and also increases sales. Plus when the customers see that it is a competition and we are having fun with it they will want to do one of their own. We will see how it goes.
